You know the song…

Three blind mice,
Three blind mice
See how they run,
See how they run!

They all ran after
The farmer’s wife
She cut off their tails
With a carving knife

Did you ever see
Such a sight in your life
As three blind mice?

A bit of a Gothic horror tale perhaps… but it is a nursery rhyme which has been told by generations of parents and grandparents.

We’ve put together a cute story featuring those three visually-challenged rodents, one which is not as gruesome and can be enjoyed by your little kids (recommended for ...ages 2-8 years).

There will be lots of songs and music, audience participation, silly noises and even more silly action.

We’re sure that you’ll love the show too, as we weave nursery rhymes from you own childhood through the story.

Tickets are expected to sell quickly, and it is recommended that you book now to avoid disappointment.

The biggest little performance festival in the world!
The biggest little theatre festival in the world, Short+Sweet, opens on Wed Jan 11 with the first instalment of this summer’s selection of over 120 tasty, ten-minute bites.

Short+Sweet has spread the popular 10-minute format in theatre, dance, cabaret & comedy across Australia and the globe
– with festivals now as far afield as Hollywood, India, Malaysia, Dubai and NZ.
But the original theatre festival in its Sydney home is ‘sweet 16’ this year… and plans to celebrate in style!

New Festival director Wayne Tunks is actually a S+S ‘old hand’, having written, directed and acted in the fest since 2003.
The prolific playwright has some innovations planned for th...is year including 'Short+Sweet Queer' and a ‘Festival Director’s Choice’.

“I am looking for challenging plays, ones that stand out not just for a punch line but for a cohesive team, a strong script and bloody good performances.”

Each new week's program opens on successive Wednesdays and runs nightly through Sunday, always at 7.30pm.

Plus the separate 'Wildcards' program Sat and Sun at 4pm.

The heats for both programs run for 8 weeks, followed by finals in March.   more
